Career Coaching

With Lauren Miura

You’re a mid- to executive-level professional who is ready to make moves in your career.

Whether it’s landing a new position, stepping into your next level of growth, launching a new venture, or reinventing your career, you’re in the right place.

If you feel:

  • Comfortable, but not fulfilled;

  • Stuck;

  • Unsure of your next steps;

  • Full of ideas, but no idea where to start;

  • Uncomfortable marketing yourself;

You’re not alone—many clients come to me with these exact same feelings.

We will redefine what success means to you, get crystal clear on what you want, and co-create an action plan that gets you making bold moves toward your goal.

Our Work Together

Over the course of 3-4 months, we will:

  • Redefine what success means to you

  • Get crystal clear on what you want, and

  • Co-create an action plan that gets you taking smart and strategic steps.

  • Check in and address anything that may take you off course, like (100% normal) feelings of doubt, indecision or insecurity.

  • Recommit to your goal as challenges arise, and adjust as needed.

I serve clients through 1:1 coaching sessions that usually last about one hour. If you are in the New York City area, we have the option to meet in person in midtown Manhattan for our kick off session. Otherwise, we meet on Zoom weekly or biweekly.

As the client, you are in the driver’s seat! I will always ask you to bring an agenda for what you would like to accomplish during the session.

During our coaching sessions, I ask lots of questions, reflect back what I hear, make connections, and point out patterns. If you’re open to it, I may introduce new ideas or make suggestions based on my experience or what has worked well for other clients.

Most coaching work happens between sessions, and you will have homework and next steps after each session to keep you moving forward.
