Executive Coaching
With Lauren Miura
You’re a passionate, mission-driven executive or senior leader who has worked hard to get where you are.
Leadership at this stage brings a different set of expectations than the ones that got you here. An executive coach can provide personalized support so that you can perform at your highest level and elevate those around you.
Executive coaching can help you:
Position yourself for success in your current role, and for the long term, including how you navigate change and lead through uncertainty.
Identify your strengths, and get specific about where they could help you get to your next level.
Uncover blind spots that may be getting in the way of your growth.
Define your authentic leadership style and executive presence, so that how you show up truly reflects the leader you want to be.
Address work-life balance challenges and build the practices and boundaries that nourish you.
How I work with executive coaching clients
Executive coaching is an opportunity for you to focus on your own goals and objectives. As the client, you are in the driver's seat. I will always ask you to bring an agenda for what you'd like to accomplish during the session, which enables you to get the most value out of our work together.
During our coaching sessions, I ask lots of questions, reflect back what I hear, make connections and recommendations, and point out patterns you may not see on your own. Early on in our partnership, I will administer the Birkman Assessment to generate insights about your leadership strengths, interests, expectations, behaviors and potential blind spots. We will reference your Birkman throughout our coaching together.
. If you're in the New York City area, we have the option to meet in person in midtown Manhattan. Otherwise, we meet on Zoom biweekly.
